PHP 4.3.1 fixes some security issues
PHP 4.3.1 has been released in response to a reported CGI security issue. In PHP 4.3.1 a bug renders the "–enable-force-cgi-redirect" configue option and php.ini option "cgi.force_redirect" useless. These options prevent direct access via CGI to the PHP binary.
