Dia diagram tool

UmlAsSketch with Visio
I end up using Dia for these sorts of UML sketches. It’s quick, easy to use, and free. It also has a plug-in, dia2code that allows you to forward-engineer from your UML diagrams. Dia can also be used for diagrams other than UML.
