Microsoft just doesn’t get Security – NOT!

When is the exact date when Microsoft “got” security? What products going forward are safe to buy? Win2K3? Will Microsoft start slipstreaming XP SP2 into the OEM copies that Dell, HP, Compaq, and all the other vendors are shipping? To me that would tell me that MS is serious about security. Not just by providing Windows update or a free patch CD(which is a great, responsible idea.) but by providing fixed versions to vendors rather than passing off the responsibility of patching to the users. Instead we are told, “wait for the next version and buy it, THAT’S the secure version of Windows.”
