XGrid for Unix Systems

Slashdot – Xgrid Agent for Unix

Grid computing fascinates me. I like the idea of grid enabled computers coming online to help solve a problem. I especially like the idea of computers running different systems collaborating. Grid computing removes some of the traditional pettyness and “my platform is better than yours” arguments that continue to pop up like bad X-10 ads.
