From the Register article:
“Alcohol was to blame for senior Microsoft developers setting a blog-born trap for a journalist, according to the company’s most-prominent weblog evangelist, Robert Scoble.”
The Register isn’t claiming that Don Box was drunk, they are reporting that Scoble said he had too much to drink. Their story is still accurate. That’s what Robert said.
The funniest thing about this, besides all the furious bloging about it, is there IS a business oriented process markup language for WS. BPML seems to have gone away, but BPEL4WS is around.

While it isn’t quite what Don and Clemens made up. From what I understand it’s the baby of WSFL and XLANG (remember all the hoo-hah about XLANG at PDC 2000? I didn’t think so, ask a BizTalk guru 
)
