Once I again I blaze a trail for others to follow
Ok, not really. I’m sure Carl isn’t sitting in front of his RSS reader frantically hitting “Refresh” on my feed to see what I’m doing next. I subscribed to “The Daily Commute” RSS feed in anticipation of their release. The latest news bit here caught my attention.
“we’re now developing a client application which will pull headlines from RSS sources and produce mp3 files using SAPI Text-To-Speech (TTS) technology. You will be able to select one or more SAPI voices to read your headlines.”
Check it out, that’s exactly what I wondered about when I linked to iSpeak. “Turn any weblog post into a podcast”. In fact I actually DID it when I wondered if a virtual blogged conferece could work. I turned my virtual conference brainstorming page into a short podcast.
