Real blog numbers

I’ve tried pointing this out to “A-list” bloggers before who boast of readership in the 30K range. “You’re not even reaching the a third of population of Topeka, KS. Let along the employee of count of a large corporation.”.

I think my high school had about 1000 people in it when I graduated. maybe less. So if a blog has 1000 unique hits per day they have the same readership as if I got up during assembly and yelled something. I wonder what Google Adsense would do if blogs pulled in some REAL numbers?
